Now, be hate-n'. Actually, I did Tar-get for my Bday just a few weeks back. And I have to give mad props out to the people who made me my Target pretzel for my birthday. (It was either a Target pretzel, or a night of fine dining at Villa nightclub.)
Jamie Lynn celebrated her 17th bday with fiancé Casey Aldridge by hitting shopping at Wal-Mart and fine dinning at Ruby Tuesday.

"They both seemed really happy, both in really good moods," a source tells PEOPLE.
"It was just the two of them. They were like a little adult couple, very low-key."

In a story first reported to you by LALATE, a fight over an attempt to release a never before heard Beatles performance has taken yet a new turn in Miami.
To recap, the Beatles performance was made during Ringo Starr's first appearance with the Beatles on stage in 1962. The location was the Star Club in Hamburg, Germany. Eight songs were recorded that night, including Paul McCartney singing Hank Williams' "Lovesick Blues" and McCartney and John Lennon singing "Ask Me Why." The recordings have never before been heard. This weekend, a federal judge accepted a (voluntary) agreement between the Beatles' Apple Corps Ltd. and Miami Lakes-based Fuego Entertainment, Inc., the claimed owner of the recordings.
"This is an injunction that was agreed to by our clients with no admission of liability to give the court time to consider the parties' claims regarding the ownership interests in these recordings," said Fuego.
Apple said the agreement "clearly reflects that there is no basis for Fuego's claims that they have a right to exploit the tapes."
Should fans of the Beatles be able to hear these historic recordings?
ABSOLUTELY! ... and we'll tell you why.
Irrespective of who could / should eventually release the recordings, Beatles fans are owed the right to hear these recordings.
Even if the quality or performance was not perfect, the recordings have a historic value that captures a moment in time that fans wish they could have seen themselves. This is not just any performance. This was a historic first performance by Ringo with the group on stage.
It's a historic performance and Beatles fans should be able to hear them.
