The ten year old daughter of Richie Sambora, Ava, was in the car when the Bon Jovi rocker was arrested for DUI Tuesday in Laguna Beach, California, claims Us Magazine."There were three females in the car, two of them were juveniles," Laguna Beach Sgt. Jason Kravetz tells Us Magazine that reports one of the juveniles was Sambora's daughter without police verification.
"The officer formed the opinion that Mr. Sambora had been operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol," Kravetz says.
